FORT WILLIAM SKI CLUB/MT MACKAY, ONTARIO, CANADA - The ski area opened in 1960 with one chairlift fabricated by Poma.
A second lift was instaled (also a Poma) to looker's left of the first chair. Both chairs ran base to summit.
We are not sure when this area closed as there is little information online.
DOUBLE CHAIR 1 (POMA) - Built in 1960, this chair was the first of the mountain's two side by side double chairs.
This lift remains partially standing. This chair had a floating bullwheel tension system.
DOUBLE CHAIR 2 (POMA) - Built in 1974 to supplement Chair 1, this lift remains partially standing.
This chair also had a floating bullwheel tension system.
