SKYLINE GONDOLA (POMA) - The Gondola pictured here was the original Skyline Gondola completed November 1967.
This original Poma system was replaced by a new Doppelmayr gondola in in 1987. The gondolas had no doors, rather they
were hinged in the center and would split open like a clam shell.
