This section shows a covered Doppelmayr double chair in Saarburg Germany
The lift had only one uncovered chair pictured below. Interestingly enough
most of the tourist lifts in the area were covered for use in rain. While
living in Germany I learned that this was a good idea as you can see from the
pictures. The view from the top of the lift shows the city of Saarburg and
the Mosel river bellow. This is wine country folks, Riesling anyone?
